What is the criteria for rating? I vlicked on a few of the D rated cappers and saw nothing as to why they wer rated as D? Same with a few c cappers?

This kindof reminfs me of the group Blazer sports and sycamore sports.. they wer the same group and they put out a magazine with low ratings for a hund services lol... but of course their 3 fake services were always rated A+ lol..

I dont see any records posted? I dont know what "verification" means?

The rating comes from the average of ratings submitted by users, every service starts with a "C+" rating and that goes up and down based on other people submitting a rating on the directory. Also ratings can go up and down based on good and bad reviews or scam complaints. Also, getting your service verified means we have confirmed who the owner of the service is by having them place a verification banner on their website. Thanks, Marc (cappertek.com)

I clicked on 4 D rated services and all of them had no comments?
Same with the A+ service... There were no comments whatsoever?

By the way I dig what your doing.. I am a champion of exposing frauds... sooo please dont think im trying to put u down..

Again, there does not need to be reviews or scam complaints. People may have just submitted a rating for the service at one point or another to affect their average rating.
